Join us for a transformative one-day immersion into the teachings of the Medicine Wheel. Discover how these ancient teachings can guide us in aligning our lives with the natural rhythms and seasons of nature, fostering a profound sense of interconnectedness and balance in our daily lives.

Highlights:

Delve into the four quadrants of the Medicine Wheel and discover how to integrate its teachings into your life for more balance and harmony. 

Connect with the wisdom of the four directions and explore the corresponding seasons, elements, and the mind, body, spiritual and emotional energies.

Explore the central point of the Wheel, representing the self, Spirit, and our interconnectedness with all things.

Throughout the nature retreat, we will engage in a variety of activities designed to help deepen and connect with the wisdom of the Wheel, and natures whispered words of wisdom.

Activities include:

Meditation: Engage in mindful practices to center and connect with the teachings of the Medicine Wheel.

Medicine Walks: Explore the natural surroundings, learning to interpret their lessons and apply them to our lives.

Nature Prescriptions: Embrace the healing power of nature and the teachings it offers working with the elements.

Reflections: Share insights gained around the fire to foster a deeper understanding of our place in the world and within ourselves.

This immersive nature retreat aims to create a supportive and transformative community, offering an enriching and empowering experience for all participants. We look forward to spending this day with you as we journey around the Wheel, gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves and our connection to the natural world.

This event is open to anyone interested in learning more about the Medicine Wheel. No prior knowledge or experience is necessary. All that's required is an open mind and a willingness to learn.

A light lunch will be provided, and attendees are encouraged to bring a camp chair and anything that makes you comfortable. Tea, coffee, water, and snacks will be available throughout the day as we come together to share our experiences and insights.

Camping is open Saturday night to those attending the retreat and interested in staying overnight. Bring your camping gear and any food you would like to prepare. Please email Danelle@whispersofnature.com if you are choosing this option.
